Medical Support Offshore (MSOS) Ltd provides comprehensive, worldwide medical support for an extensive range of clients, based on land, at sea and in the air.

Due to continued expansion, we are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Officer to join our growing team and support the continued development of our Quality Management System.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an interest in quality, compliance and continuous improvement who enjoys problem solving, working across multiple departments and making a tangible contribution to business performance.

The job will involve working closely with the Quality Manager to help ensure that quality systems remain effective, compliant and fit for purpose.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting quality and compliance activities across the business
  • Assisting with investigations, corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintaining quality documentation and records
  • Supporting supplier compliance activities and audits
  • Assisting with risk assessments and regulatory monitoring
  • Preparing quality reports and performance metrics
  • Working with operational teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues
  • Supporting staff training and the implementation of new processes

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has excellent attention to detail
  • Is highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Has strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Enjoys analysing problems and finding practical solutions
  • Works well both independently and as part of a team
  • Has a positive, proactive approach to learning and improvement

Experience within quality, compliance, healthcare, pharmaceutical or regulated environments would be advantageous, but we are equally interested in candidates who can demonstrate the right attitude, organisational skills and willingness to develop.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
