Key Responsibilities

- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Promote the company's range of hypochlorous acid products across healthcare and hospitality environments.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify strategic opportunities.
- Attend trade exhibitions, industry events, and customer meetings.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline reports.
- Provide valuable market intelligence and competitor insights to support business growth.
- Ensure all activities comply with relevant industry regulations, healthcare compliance standards, and health and safety requirements.

- Strong understanding of NHS procurement processes, supply chains, and framework agreements.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of healthcare environments.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the territory.
Desirable
- Degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience within infection prevention and infection control sectors.
- Experience selling into NHS Trusts, private healthcare providers, or hospitality organisations.

You will be measured against:
- Achievement of sales and revenue targets.
