Window to the Womb (Windowtothewomb.co.uk) are specialists in diagnostic, gender, 4D & medical scans from 6 weeks gestation to birth.

We are looking for a very special person to join our team. We are open 6 days a week but need someone to support our team Tuesday, Friday and Saturday or Sunday + holiday/bank cover . We are looking for a candidate, who is available to work weekdays, evenings and weekend. So we need someone who is relatively flexible looking for around 12-16 hours a week. There will be a regular work rota and fixed working days. We are looking for 1 candidate who can join the our lovely team.

The role will be to create rapport with the customer as soon as they walk in to the clinic and enhance their experience. You will be required to take calls, get paper work filled in, book appointments, do upsell of heartbeat bears and gender balloons and to ensure that from the moment the family arrives, their experience is optimised and the relationship with the customer is fully developed . We are looking for a very bubbly and confident individual with the charisma and ability to build strong rapport with our families but is also mature and sensitive and able to manage difficult conversations when required. We can train you on all parts of the job but relevant background experience is desirable. Additionally, you will need to be able to cover all three jobs when required, including photo printing, reception duties and scan assistant. Good computer skills is desirable.

This is a part time role with a zero hour contract due to the nature of the work. The days required will be Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We are looking for 1 candidates with fixed working days on regular basis.
