Job Description

LCM Healthcare Services Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Health Data Analyst to transform healthcare information into meaningful insights that support clinical excellence and informed decision-making. Working closely with operational leaders, clinicians, and quality teams, you will analyse healthcare datasets, identify performance trends, and develop evidence-based reports that enhance patient outcomes, regulatory compliance, and organisational planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, validate, and interpret clinical, operational, and population health data from multiple healthcare systems.
  • Develop interactive dashboards, performance scorecards, and analytical reports for leadership and healthcare teams.
  • Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities that support service improvement, patient safety, and operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with quality improvement and clinical departments to measure key healthcare performance indicators.
  • Ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and governance of healthcare data in accordance with UK data protection requirements.
  • Support statutory reporting, audit activities, and research initiatives through accurate data analysis.
  • Recommend data-driven solutions that improve efficiency, resource allocation, and healthcare service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Experience in health analytics, business intelligence, healthcare informatics, or data analysis.
  • Strong proficiency with SQL, Microsoft Power BI, Excel, Tableau, or similar analytical and visualisation tools.
  • Knowledge of NHS data standards, healthcare performance metrics, and data governance principles is advantageous.
  • Ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Data Science, Statistics, Public Health, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Experience working with electronic health records (EHR) or healthcare information systems is highly desirable.

Why Work With Us

At LCM Healthcare Services Ltd, data is viewed as a powerful tool for improving lives rather than simply measuring performance. Your analyses will influence strategic healthcare decisions, support clinical innovation, and contribute to programmes that enhance the quality of patient care. We value inquisitive minds, encourage evidence-based thinking, and provide an environment where analytical expertise helps shape the future of modern healthcare services.

Pay: £3,800.00-£4,500.00 per month

Benefits:

  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Employee mentoring programme
  • Financial planning services
