- Developing engagement materials such as websites, virtual consultation platforms, brochures, fact sheets, posters, banners and public-facing maps.
- Providing communications and engagement support to projects across the UK and internationally.
- Working closely with project teams to ensure engagement activities are delivered effectively, on time and within budget. Contributing to the development of engagement strategies, plans and reporting.
About the Team
You'll join a collaborative UK-wide team of more than 40 communications and engagement professionals who are passionate about delivering meaningful engagement that makes a difference.
Reporting to the Regional Engagement Team Lead, you'll work in a supportive environment that encourages professional development, knowledge sharing and career progression. We offer flexible and hybrid working arrangements, combining office collaboration with home working.

- A collaborative approach and the confidence to work both independently and as part of a team. Demonstrable experience in communications, engagement or stakeholder management.
Desirable
- Experience within infrastructure, transport, utilities, water, environment or energy sectors.
- Experience supporting the development of engagement strategies, consultation programmes and reporting.
- Experience managing the production process for communication materials, including design and print coordination.
- Experience planning and delivering both virtual and face-to-face engagement events. Membership of a relevant professional body.
