Main Responsibilities
As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include:
  • You will assist the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring that compliance is maintained. As well as working collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, ensuring practice policies and procedures are followed.
  • Providing care for the presenting patient, treatment, chronic disease management and evaluation of care.
The Ideal Candidate
What we look for in new colleagues
  • It is essential that the candidate has Long Term Condition (LTC) experience
  • UK registered nurse with significant post registration experience.
  • Experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations.
  • Must have a good knowledge on quality outcomes framework.
