Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Hospital and Clinic Manager to lead the daily operations of healthcare facilities, ensuring exceptional patient care, efficient management, and smooth administrative processes. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader to oversee clinical services, manage staff, and optimize financial performance while fostering a positive environment for both patients and team members. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for healthcare management, strong leadership skills, and experience in veterinary or medical settings to drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall functioning of hospital and clinic operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Supervise clinical staff, administrative personnel, and support teams to promote teamwork, accountability, and high-quality service delivery.
- Manage financial aspects including budgeting, billing procedures, expense control, and resource allocation to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Lead human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development initiatives.
- Coordinate patient or client services to enhance satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and improve overall experience.
- Implement policies and procedures that promote safety, efficiency, and ethical practices within the facility.
- Maintain accurate records related to operations, staff schedules, inventory management, and compliance documentation.
Skills
- Proven supervising experience with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams effectively.
- Strong management skills with a focus on operational efficiency and strategic planning.
- Financial management expertise to oversee budgets, billing processes, and cost control measures.
- Human resources knowledge including recruitment, staff development, conflict resolution, and compliance with employment laws.
- Veterinary or medical experience is highly desirable to understand clinical workflows and patient care standards.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with staff, clients or patients’ families, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
