Job Title: Receptionist / Sales Advisor

Hours: Part-Time Role (24.5 Hours)

  • Wednesday: 3:00pm to 8:00pm
  • Friday: 12:00pm to 8:00pm
  • Saturday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
  • Sunday: 1:00pm to 5:30pm

About Us: Hey Baby 4D Luton is a ultrasound scanning clinic, part of a national franchise and run by head office. We provide exceptional 4D ultrasound imaging services in a welcoming environment and are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Receptionist to join our busy team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Booking appointments for customers both over the phone and in person
  • Welcoming customers to the clinic and assisting them with any queries
  • Promoting and recommending appropriate scan packages, products, services and add ons to customers, helping them understand the options available and enhancing their overall experience
  • Taking payments in cash and by card
  • Acting as a Chaperone where required (you will be asked to complete a short qualification for this)
  • Assisting with the cleaning of the clinic and equipment, including mopping, wiping surfaces and furniture, and cleaning the bathroom if necessary
  • Completing paperwork to confirm that various processes have been undertaken
  • Taking customer feedback and relaying this to the management
  • Responding to messages from customers on the chat function
  • Opening up and locking up the clinic as required
  • Keeping the clinic tidy and organised
  • Conducting stock takes of products
  • Completing job specific training modules provided by management

Additional Information:

  • You will be working closely with a sonographer and will need to be highly reliable, with a strong sense of accountability, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

What we look for and what we provide:

  • Experience in reception or administrative positions is essential. You should be able to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent IT, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Due to the nature of this role, a satisfactory Enhanced DBS (adult workforce) will need to be performed prior to the commencement of employment. You will also need to maintain a satisfactory DBS throughout the duration of your employment.
