DENTAL RECEPTIONIST

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.75 per hour

Schedule: 4 days (Day off Tuesday) per week 07:30 to 18:00,

Alternate Saturdays: 08:00am to 13:30pm

Our practice, Hitchin Dental, is looking for a Dental Receptionist. No dental experience is necessary, just a fantastic attitude, confident with patients and delighted to offer excellent customer service. After your successful probation we will support you through the next steps in progressing your career.

DAY TO DAY DUTIES:

  • To support the Head Receptionist and Senior Receptionist in the day-to-day running of the practice.
  • To complement the dental team by performing extended duties as per experience and training received and in accordance with the needs of the practice.
  • To act as an essential part of the team, setting the standard for excellence in your reception tasks.
  • To support, mentor and develop trainee receptionists to enable them to reach their full potential and deliver training in line with business requirements, processes, and standards.

Education and qualification(s)
GCSE Maths and English.

Willingness to travel.

Clean driving licence.

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (required)
