Job Title: Client Experience Team Associate

Salary: £26,701 per annum

Location: DWR Veterinary Specialists

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 Hours per week Monday to Sunday

Shift pattern 1: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm & 11am-7pm (rotating) with 1 weekend in 4 working 9am-5pm

Shift pattern 2: Tuesday-Friday 8am-4pm & 11am-7pm (rotating) and Saturday 9am-5pm

We are searching for a passionate individual to join our wonderful Client Experience team at DWR Veterinary Specialists.

Our front-of-house team is the face and voice of our business, making this role exceptionally valued.

In this position, you will work closely with our clinical team to ensure that our clients and patients receive the highest standard of service and care.


Main Responsibilities

  • Greeting clients and their pets upon arrival in a warm and friendly manner
  • Communicating directly with our vets, physiotherapists and nurses regarding their appointments, clients and patients
  • Explanation to our clients of the status of their accounts, taking payments and issuing invoices, discussing insurance queries
  • Arrangement of routine and emergency appointments from our referring vets in primary care practice
  • Fielding of phone and electronic enquiries from clients, referring vets and colleagues
  • Close collaboration with our Case Management Team regarding client accounts
  • Maintenance of patient clinical records using our practice management software system.
