Full job description

Here at Ropergate Dental Care we are continuing to expand our team. We are currently recruiting for a front of house patient co-ordinator.

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our growing reception team.

If you are passionate about delivering an excellent patient experience and being part of a high energy, fast paced practice then we would like to hear from you.

Our reception role includes

* checking in and out patients for appointments

* high volume call handling

* data entry

* payment processing

* Supporting the daily operation in line with practice policies

The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, out going with a calm and courteous approach.

The candidate should be proactive in their work, be able to multi task and willing to learn new skills.

Experience of a hospitality background/medical industry or a busy call centre handling around 400+ calls per day is ESSENTIAL, no dental experience is necessary however beneficial.

The days are; Tuesday, Thursday & Friday7.45am to 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch each day.

Salary is negotiable.
