MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST

RESPONSIBLE TO: PRACTICE MANAGER

To work effectively with the practice team, working with the team ensuring smooth running of the reception area.

Dealing with a busy reception area, answering patient and visitors queries, ensuring phone calls are answered in a timely manner.

Being the first point of contact in our friendly welcoming practice greeting patients and visitors with dignity and respect ensuring that their contact with the practice is a positive experience. You will make new and review appointments, generate repeat prescriptions, monitor online requests.

Pay: From £25,339.08 per year
