Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist/Trainee Dental Nurse to join our dental practice. Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients warmly and ensure a smooth patient journey from arrival to departure
  • Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and reminders efficiently using IT systems
  • Assist dental professionals during procedures, including preparing and sterilising equipment
  • Support with patient care activities under supervision, ensuring comfort and safety
  • Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with data protection regulations
  • Handle telephone enquiries professionally, providing information and booking appointments as needed
  • Keep the reception area tidy, organised, and welcoming at all times
  • Participate in ongoing training to develop skills as a dental nurse

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and team members
  • Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
