About Us

We are a friendly, busy, modern mixed NHS, Private and Denplan dental practice located in Solihull Town Centre, committed to providing high-quality patient care in a calm and professional environment. We're looking for a motivated and organised Dental Receptionist to join our supportive team.

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming patients and creating a warm, professional first impression
  • Managing appointments and recalls using dental software SOE/Exact
  • Answering calls, responding to emails, and handling patient queries
  • Processing payments, invoices, and insurance forms
  • Supporting clinical staff with administrative tasks
  • Ensuring patient confidentiality and compliance with CQC standards
  • Maintaining a clean, tidy, and organised reception area

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist desirable
  • As a minimum, Healthcare Receptionist experience required (mandatory)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy and experience with booking software
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • A friendly, calm, and professional manner with patients
  • Knowledge of SOE, Exact, or similar dental software would be beneficial
