Job Summary:

The Sales and Patient Coordinator serves as a key liaison between patients and the healthcare/service team. This role is responsible for driving sales, enhancing patient experience, and ensuring smooth coordination from initial inquiry to post-treatment follow-up. The ideal candidate combines strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, service-driven approach to help patients feel informed, supported, and confident in their care journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Promote clinic services and convert inquiries into appointments and sales.
  • Understand treatment plans, products, and pricing to confidently present and explain them to patients.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Upsell or cross-sell relevant services based on patient needs.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and patient information using CRM or clinic management software.

Patient Coordination Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients, answer queries, and guide them through the treatment process.
  • Schedule appointments and follow up on consultations, procedures, and aftercare.
  • Coordinate with medical professionals and admin staff to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Assist with patient registration, documentation, and consent forms.
  • Address and resolve patient concerns or escalate appropriately.

Administrative & Reporting:

  • Maintain updated patient files, treatment records, and payment statuses.
  • Generate daily/weekly reports on sales performance and patient engagement.
  • Handle invoicing, billing, and payment collection when required.
  • Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and data protection policies.
