The UK’s market leader in Refractive Eye Surgery is keen to recruit an enthusiastic, well-presented Patient Advisor/Treatment Assistant with strong interpersonal and communication skills for their Private Eye Clinic in Glasgow.

This is a multi-functional, varied and rewarding role that will allow the right candidate to develop valuable skills within patient care and customer service as well as the opportunity to work alongside the Doctor within the treatment room. We particularly welcome applications from individuals with experience in similar healthcare roles, as well as hospitality, hotels, front-of-house, or guest services, where delivering an excellent client experience is key. Transferable skills such as professionalism, empathy, attention to detail, and communication are highly valued.

In return, you will be working within a comfortable, state-of-the-art clinic, alongside a team of dedicated and friendly colleagues whose primary focus is to deliver the very highest standards of patient care and clinical excellence.

To provide a full and dedicated service to our valued patients, flexibility with working hours and days is required, including weekend working—particularly Saturdays and Sundays.

Occasional nationwide travel may be required for training and support purposes; all related expenses will be covered by the Company.

You will be fully inducted into the Company through a detailed and comprehensive training programme. While previous experience in a similar healthcare role would be advantageous, it is not essential, and candidates from customer-focused sectors such as hospitality and hotels are strongly encouraged to apply.

Due to the expected high volume of applications, please note that only successful candidates will be contacted.
