We are looking for a confident, organised and commercially minded Dental Receptionist and Treatment Coordinator to join our growing practice.

  • Managing telephone, email and online enquiries
  • Converting new-patient and treatment enquiries into booked appointments
  • Discussing treatment plans, fees, finance options and membership plans

  • Coordinating consultations and treatment appointments
  • Supporting dentists in presenting private treatment options
  • Monitoring enquiries, conversions and outstanding treatment plans
  • Helping to reduce diary gaps and improve appointment utilisation
  • Managing recalls, cancellations and short-notice availability
  • Building strong relationships with patients throughout their treatment journey
  • Supporting reception and general administrative duties

The ideal candidate

You will be:

  • Excellent at building rapport and gaining patients’ trust
  • Organised, proactive and able to follow up consistently
  • Experienced in customer service, sales, hospitality, healthcare or treatment coordination
  • Comfortable working with performance targets and conversion figures
  • A strong communicator both face-to-face and over the telephone

Previous dental experience is desirable but not essential. Candidates with experience in sales, luxury retail, recruitment, property, hospitality, healthcare or other customer-focused industries are encouraged to apply.

What we offer

  • Competitive salary
  • Performance-related bonus opportunities
  • Full training in dental treatments, finance options and practice systems
  • Opportunities for career progression
  • A supportive and growing dental group
  • Staff dental benefits
  • A professional and friendly working environment
