About the Role

Robinson Dental is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Dental Receptionist to join us, working out of our practices at Bentley Road and other locations close by. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a front-of-house role and is confident engaging with patients.

In addition to delivering an exceptional reception experience, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing a welcoming and professional first point of contact for all patients
  • Managing front desk duties including check-in, check-out, and appointment scheduling
  • Converting incoming enquiries into booked appointments
  • Promoting dental plans and confidently communicating their benefits
  • Encouraging and facilitating patient reviews and referrals
  • Managing recalls and ensuring patients book follow-up appointments
  • Processing payments and assisting with finance applications
  • Supporting the smooth running of daily practice operations

About You

  • Previous experience as a dental receptionist is desirable
  • Confident communicator with a proactive, engaging approach
  • Comfortable discussing treatment benefits and supporting patient decision-making
  • Organised, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Warm, professional manner and a genuine commitment to patient care

Previous dental experience preferred but not essential.
