Job Title: Chiropractic Assistant (Part-Time)
Location: Newbury Chiropractic Centre, Newbury, Berkshire

Hours: 24 hours per week + holiday/sick cover
Pay: from £12.71 p/hr

About the Role

We’re looking for an energetic, organised, and people-focused Chiropractic Assistant to join our friendly front desk team. You’ll be working in a fast-paced, caring environment where customer service is at the heart of everything we do.

This is a varied and rewarding role that includes reception duties, diary management, admin support, and creating a welcoming space for our patients.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting patients and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Managing appointments and the clinic diary
  • Answering phone/email enquiries in a professional, helpful manner
  • Supporting chiropractors and the clinic team with day-to-day admin
  • Ensuring smooth front desk operations

What We’re Looking For

  • Passion for health, wellness and helping people
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Good computer skills essential (Word, Excel, and comfortable learning new systems)
  • Social media experience
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A quick learner with the ability to multitask under pressure
  • Flexible availability (shifts 5 half day shifts between hours of 7.30am and 7.30pm- plus occasional Saturday mornings 7.30am - 1.30pm)
  • Willing to cover holidays and sickness when needed
