We are an expanding GP surgery in Horsham looking to recruit a Patient Service Advisor to join our exceptionally friendly and hard-working Patient Services Team, working hours between 07:45 - 18:30, Monday through Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota basis. Hourly rate of £12.71 per hour plus enhanced rate for Saturdays (time and a quarter).

Both full-time and part-time hours will be considered. Please state in your cover letter whether you are applying for full-time or part-time hours.

The right candidate should have excellent customer service skills and be able to show care and consideration to our patients. They must have a good telephone manner, be computer literate and possess excellent interpersonal skills. The ability to work as part of a team is essential and the right candidate will be able to work calmly under pressure, whilst adhering to patient confidentiality at all times. New starters will be supported by their colleagues, working with a formal induction plan and direct guidance from the Patient Services Manager.

Horsham is situated within easy reach of Gatwick and London, making it an ideal place to live and work. We are a mere 12-minute walk from Horsham Train Station, and right next door to Horsham Park; 60 acres of green space with educational & sensory gardens, tennis courts, skate park, orienteering & a café.
