Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a professional demeanour, providing essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role requires proficiency in various administrative tasks, including data entry and clerical duties, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency. The preferred candidate will have great personal skills and a willingness to contribute to an overall positive patient experience.

Duties

  • Front desk reception. Patient greeting and scheduling.
  • Manage office correspondence, including emails and phone calls, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Assist in the organisation of files and documents, ensuring that all information is easily accessible.
  • Utilise Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
  • Coordinate schedules and appointments, ensuring effective time management for the team.
  • Maintain an organised workspace and assist with general office upkeep.
  • Provide clerical support as required, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
  • Managing the flow of patients and communicating treatment care plans.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
  • Proficiency in computerised systems, particularly Google Suite.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail is essential for maintaining accurate records.
  • Enthusiastic about natural health and well being.
