About the Role

As a Territory Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for supporting existing accounts while identifying exciting new opportunities across Primary and Secondary Care. You'll play a key role in growing awareness of our market-leading urology and healthcare lubricant products, while driving patient registrations onto Vyne, our innovative digital platform.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual looking to develop a successful career in medical sales. You'll be given full training, ongoing support and the chance to learn from an experienced and high-performing team.

This is a field-based role covering the West Midlands territory (Birmingham, Walsall, Wolverhampton, Dudley & Coventry would be ideal locations for a candidate). This is a field-based role requiring regular travel and occasional overnight stays.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across your territory.
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
  • Deliver and exceed sales targets across our urology and healthcare lubricant portfolio.
  • Drive patient registrations onto our award-winning Vyne service.
  • Develop an understanding of the DAC marketplace and how Dispensing Appliance Contractors operate.
  • Conduct ward walking activities and replenish stock within designated hospitals.
  • Analyse sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Promote Optimum Medical's products and services by delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Stay informed on competitor activity and industry developments to maximise commercial opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • A proactive, positive and can-do attitude.

  • Flexibility to travel throughout an assigned territory.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Desirable, But Not Essential

  • Degree in Business, Science or a related discipline.
  • Experience within healthcare or urology.
  • Previous medical device sales experience.
  • Experience using NetSuite or CRM systems.
