Sales Manager

Space Dental Office Based | Full Time £50,000 Base Salary + Bonus Structure Realistic OTE £100,000+

This is not a maintenance role. This is a growth role.

Space Dental is not looking for someone to simply “manage” a clinic.

We are looking for someone to lead from the front, raise standards, drive revenue, improve conversion, build people, and take ownership of performance as if the clinic were their own business.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a strong Sales Manager to lead one of our newest clinics and take full responsibility for the commercial performance of the site.

This is a leadership role for someone who understands that success does not come from watching numbers. It comes from influencing them.

You will lead the clinic as if it is your own business unit.

That means:

· Owning standards

· Driving revenue

· Improving patient conversion

· Coaching people properly

· Tightening the patient journey

It is a hands-on commercial leadership position inside an ambitious and expanding group.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

· Leading and coaching a high-performing team across sales, front of house, practice performance

· Driving monthly revenue growth and improving overall commercial performance

· Owning the full patient journey from first contact through to treatment completion and retention

· Improving treatment uptake through confident, ethical, commercially effective conversations

· Supporting the team with objection handling, communication, and conversion strategy

· Setting the tone for standards, pace, professionalism, and accountability

· Monitoring KPIs, identifying underperformance early, and taking action

· Helping create a clinic culture that reflects the standards and ambition of Space Dental

· Experience improving site performance through structure, coaching, and standards
