Full job description

My customer is looking for B2B Business Developers to target their none strategic and strategic business, that is transactional, historical or opportunistic and happens sometimes with little customer care. Within these accounts and potential accounts are regular spenders who can be nurchured into bigger accounts and one off purchasers who can be categorised as such on CRM.

We require a strong outbound telephone sales person to research and to call B2B; establish purchasing reasons and target new business within the existing and new accounts. This requires a strong user of CRM to manage and organise data and a good friendly personality to have meaningful conversations.

The role is office based in Rhymney.

Customers are often from a healthcare background, they might be dental, pharmacy, physio, private hospital or industrial based and you will be selling a medical supplies and equipment category.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers
  • Phone an existing and new customer base and establish intel and new opportunities to win.
  • Quote and win new business.
  • Out bound calling and a proven process to convert sales.
  • Log on CRM and set future followup and keep to them.

Qualifications

  • Amazing telephone skills and a process that works.
  • Out bound calling experience
  • CRM experience
  • Driving license and car for commuting
  • Within 30 mins of Rhymney NP22
