Our client is an innovative and rapidly growing healthcare business developing advanced diagnostic services designed to improve how patients are diagnosed, treated and managed.

They are looking for an ambitious graduate to join their commercial team as a Graduate Clinical Account Manager, covering Scotland.

You don't need previous sales or healthcare experience. What matters is your ability to communicate, build relationships, learn quickly and develop into a successful healthcare sales professional.

The Role

This is a field-based, customer-facing position where you will work with healthcare professionals and NHS organisations across Scotland.

With training and support from experienced commercial and clinical colleagues, you will learn how to:

· Build strong relationships with clinicians and NHS customers

· Develop and manage key customer accounts

· Visit NHS Trusts and healthcare organisations across Scotland

· Understand customers' clinical and commercial needs

· Present innovative diagnostic solutions to healthcare professionals

· Identify and develop new business opportunities

· Support the introduction of new services into clinical pathways

· Support customer evaluations and pilot programmes

· Work towards commercial sales and account development targets

· Develop an understanding of how the NHS operates and makes purchasing decisions

· Manage your own territory and business plan

Who Are We Looking For?

We're looking for a graduate with the personality, ambition and potential to develop into an outstanding Clinical Account Manager.

You will ideally be:

· Degree educated – science, biomedical, healthcare or a related discipline would be advantageous

· Confident, articulate and comfortable meeting new people

· Commercially minded and interested in a career in sales

· Curious and willing to ask good questions

· Driven, competitive and motivated by achieving results

· Professional and credible

· Comfortable presenting to senior professionals

· Able to build relationships and influence others

· Organised and capable of managing your own diary and territory

· Happy travelling regularly across Scotland

· A full UK driving licence holder – essential

£28,000 basic salary
Bonus – OTE £36,000
