Evolve are partnering with a driven medical device manufacturer who are seeking a Connectivity Specialist to help shape the future of connected healthcare. This is an exciting opportunity to combine technical expertise, customer engagement, and project leadership to deliver innovative digital integration solutions that improve patient care. You will work with clinical, IT, and commercial teams to support the successful implementation of connected technologies across the NHS, with excellent opportunities for professional growth and development.
This is a full-time permanent position covering parts of the North East and Scotland.

Ideal Requirements for the Connectivity Specialist
- Bring Your Healthcare Technology Expertise – With 3+ years’ experience in healthcare IT, connected medical devices, or digital health, use your technical knowledge and customer-focused approach to deliver solutions that improve patient care and healthcare outcomes.
- Drive Seamless Connectivity and System Integration – Apply your understanding of healthcare IT systems, interoperability standards (HL7, DICOM, FHIR), and connectivity solutions to enable successful digital transformation across healthcare environments.
- Be a Trusted Technical Partner – Use your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly, working collaboratively with clinical, commercial, technical, and IT stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
- Lead Meaningful Healthcare Technology Projects – Bring your experience in connectivity, systems integration, or technical project leadership to support implementations within regulated healthcare settings.
- Shape the Future of Connected Care – Combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery to identify opportunities, improve processes, and help advance innovative connected healthcare solutions.
Role Responsibilities for the Connectivity Specialist
- Lead the Future of Connected Healthcare Technology – Be the go-to connectivity expert in your region, driving the adoption of innovative connected device and EPR integration solutions that transform how healthcare teams deliver patient care.
- Own the Growth of a High-Impact Cardiology Portfolio – Take full commercial ownership of the Acute Cardiology portfolio, from identifying customer needs and shaping solutions through to successful implementation and long-term value delivery.
- Act as a Trusted Technical Partner to Customers and Sales Teams – Provide expert connectivity and system integration guidance, partnering with hospital IT teams and commercial colleagues to deliver seamless solutions and exceptional customer experiences.
- Drive Innovation and Customer Success Through Connected Care Solutions – Champion the evolution of connected healthcare by expanding the installed base, identifying new opportunities, and bringing customer insights and market feedback to enhance future solutions
