International market-leading medical manufacturer with strong heritage
High-potential territory across Scotland and the North East
Excellent earning potential with uncapped commission structure
Surgical experience (sales or clinical) essential

The Role:

As Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing, developing and winning business across key hospital accounts throughout Scotland and the North East.

You will work closely within operating theatre environments, building strong relationships with surgeons, consultants, ODPs, theatre nurses and procurement teams. The role combines account management with new business development, requiring a proactive, consultative approach to increase product usage and drive growth across your territory.

This is a hands-on, clinically focused role with regular presence in theatre, supporting procedures, demonstrating products and ensuring customers maximise the value of the portfolio. Full product training will be provided, alongside ongoing development and clear progression opportunities.

The Company:

A long-established, global healthcare organisation with over a century of heritage, recognised for delivering high-quality products and outstanding customer support.

This division specialises in a premium range of surgical power tools used across multiple specialties including orthopaedics (hip and knee), spine, neuro, ENT, oral and maxillofacial procedures. Continued growth and investment has created the need for a driven individual to further develop business across a high-potential UK territory.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in either surgical sales or clinical, theatre-based roles
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence working with clinical stakeholders
  • Full driving licence with no more than 6 points
  • Driven, self-motivated and eager to learn

The Culture:

A dynamic and supportive environment where high performers are recognised and developed. Despite being a global organisation, the company retains a close-knit, "family feel" culture within the UK team.

The business is committed to employee development, offering clear progression pathways and rewarding success through both financial incentives and career growth opportunities.

Benefits Package:

  • Basic salary: £35,000 - £50,000 (MAX DOE)
  • Uncapped commission: £22,000 OTE
  • Fully expensed company car (hybrid options available)
  • Private healthcare, pension and full benefits package
  • Holiday: 27 days + bank holidays
