The Role

We are looking for a dedicated Sales/Clinic Manager, with a proven record for hitting KPI’s.

We are seeking an ambitious professional, ideally with a passion for aesthetics and customer service, to continue to grow our luxury and already thriving aesthetics brand.

The ideal candidate is a team-oriented individual with a minimum of four (4) years of experience managing a team and hitting targets, with an outstanding sales record, and customer service skills. Candidates must also possess a passion for the services that we provide or a strong willingness to learn. Aesthetics is a highly competitive industry, and business acumen and transferable strategic development knowledge is a bonus.

Within this role you’ll enjoy a very fast paced working environment. You will be expected to work closely with other managers and staff to ensure operations run smoothly.

Moreover, you will work alongside our extensive marketing team, attending weekly meetings to strategically promote new and existing treatments on social media, helping you to boost your sales and exceed your weekly targets. Marketing or social media experience is a bonus.

As a Sales/Clinic Manager, you must oversee the clinic employees and day-to-day clinic management driving sales to meet targets.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven Sales track record - hitting KPI’s
  • Ability to drive and mentor a team to hit weekly targets
  • Great customer service skills, communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for client care
  • Excellent organisation skills, tracking sales, stock etc
  • Ability to administer, direct and coordinate clinic activities
  • At least 4 years’ experience managing a team with a minimum of 5 employees
  • Ability to report to your senior management and follow through with agreed strategies
  • A trustworthy track record, reliability and punctuality required at all times
  • Be able to take responsibility and manage the clinic professionally using your own initiative
  • Evaluate and improve employee performance
  • An enthusiastic approach, be friendly and highly presentable
  • Ability to work some evenings/weekends

Desirable (but not essential) Requirements

  • Clinical / Aesthetics experience
  • Degree

Salary: Basic £35,000 basic - £50,000 OTE per annum if targets are met (No minimum targets and uncapped commission allowing you to earn even higher).

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 45 hours per week spread over 5 days

Work Location: In person, Clinic Based.

Pay: £35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
