We are looking for graduates with a degree in Biomedical Sciences, Biology, Sports & Exercise Science, Physiotherapy, or a related subject for a Medical Sales role!

Our clients are a leading global medical technology company, specialising in innovative endoscopy and minimally invasive surgical solutions. Role Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate to build a career in Medical Sales with a leading global medical technology company. This is a field based role, requiring frequent travel, on the road 4-5 times a week across the North East of England. The role offers structured training and clear progression, initially working alongside an experienced sales team to develop strong product, clinical and commercial knowledge. As you gain experience, you will take increasing ownership of sales opportunities, with the long-term goal of independently managing your own territory and customer base.
Career Progression
Career development is a key focus for our client, with a clear progression pathway from Trainee to Sales Specialist. The first year is centred around structured training and development, building strong product, clinical and sales knowledge. As you gain experience, you’ll take on increasing responsibility, develop customer relationships and manage sales opportunities, with the opportunity to progress into a Sales Specialist role with your own territory and customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Shadow and support experienced sales colleagues across your region
- Build relationships with NHS and private healthcare customers, including clinicians, procurement teams and hospital stakeholders
- Develop strong product and clinical knowledge through structured training
- Support product demonstrations and customer training
- Manage your own diary, workload and customer activity
- Identify leads, sales opportunities and support quotations
- Gather market and competitor intelligence and report customer feedback
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity
- Attend regional and national sales meetings, exhibitions, congresses and workshops
- Progress towards independently managing customer relationships, sales opportunities and your own territory
- Develop knowledge across a broad portfolio of medical technology, including endoscopy, general surgery, urology, gynaecology, ENT, imaging, orthopaedics, arthroscopy and neurosurgery
Package:
- £28k base salary
- Up to £15k Bonus
- £5k first six month bonus scheme
- Company Car - Audi A4, BMW 3 Series or similar

- £37,000 OTE commission once fully qualified and excellent career progression with a structured 3 year plan to become a Sales Specialist.
