Full job description

  • Exciting theatre-based surgical sales role across the Midlands
  • Specialist portfolio of electrosurgery and surgical products
  • Autonomous field-based role with strong earning potential
  • Opportunity to work closely with surgeons and theatre teams

THE ROLE: As the Area Sales Manager, you will manage and grow accounts across the Midlands, selling electrosurgery generators, surgical instruments, diathermy equipment and smoke evacuation systems. You will spend four days per week in the field, supporting cases in theatre, running product trials and evaluations, and working closely with surgeons, scrub teams and procurement teams to drive sales and build relationships.

THE PERSON:

  • Surgical sales experience is essential to be considered for this role

  • Strong clinical communication and relationship-building skills

  • Organised, proactive and commercially driven

  • Full UK driving licence


THE PACKAGE:

  • £45,000 - £55,000 basic salary
  • £20,000 uncapped OTE
  • Hybrid company car or £550 car allowance
  • Pension
  • 25 days holiday + stats
