Internal Sales Executive – Wayv.

Position Overview:
As an Internal Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to get in touch and consult with businesses and book appointments with their key senior decision-makers. You will generate sales appointments, build customer relationships, and support our business growth through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with businesses via phone to identify their communication needs and book appointments with key decision-makers
  • Promote and sell Wayv products and services
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, including booking at least one appointment daily
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years proven experience in business to business (B2B) sales.
  • Ability to confidently sell to Managing Directors and senior decision makers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Target-driven with a proactive approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office

Salary & On-Target Earnings (OTE):

  • Basic salary of £30,000 per annum
  • OTE of £55,000 per year based on booking at least one appointment per day
