Full job description

The Banks & Bearwood Medical Practice is looking for a part time Administrator/receptionists to join our friendly and supportive team in working 19hours per week. The hours will be:-

Tuesday 8am to 1pm, Wednesday 8.30am to 1pm, Thursday 8am to 1pm and Friday 12.30pm to 5pm..

Please do not apply if you cannot work these hours.

There will be a requirement to undertake work at both our Surgery sites in Bearwood and Winton. Previous GP reception experience is preferred but full training will be given to the successful candidates. Previous experience of SystmOne would be advantageous.

However, the successful candidate must be flexible and be prepared to cover sickness and holidays. Morning shifts usually start at 8am and afternoon shifts finish at 6.30pm, so must be available to cover during these hours.
