Scan Assistant

Window to the Womb

Window to the Womb (Windowtothewomb.co.uk) are specialists in diagnostic, gender, 4D & medical scans from 6 weeks gestation to birth.

We are looking for a very special person to join our team, covering a number of different shifts each week. We are open 6 days a week but need someone to support our team during weekdays and weekends. We are looking for someone who is available to work evenings and weekends. So we need someone who is relatively flexible looking for around 12-16 hours a week. There will be a regular work rota.

The role provides the vital link between the scanner (sonographer) and the family ensuring that from the moment the family arrives, their experience is optimised and the relationship with the customer is fully developed . We are looking for a very bubbly and confident individual with the charisma and ability to build strong rapport with our families but is also mature and sensitive and able to manage difficult conversations when required. We can train you on all parts of the job but relevant background experience is desirable. Additionally, you will need to be able to cover all three jobs when required, including photo printing, reception duties and scan assistant. Good computer skills is desirable.

This is a part time role with a zero hour contact due to the nature of the work. As it is a CQC registered healthcare clinic, applicants that are fully vaccinated will only considered for this role.
