PERMANENT RECEPTIONIST POSTS

  • PERMANENT Full time post: 37.5 hours/week

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 8am-4.30pm/9.30am-6pm (rota dependent)

  • PERMANENT Part time post: 28 hours/week

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 8am-4pm/10am-6pm (rota dependent)

We are seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated Medical Receptionists to join our friendly, busy two-site GP Practice. We have both full-time (37.5hrs/week) and part-time (28hrs/week) positions available.

Successful candidates will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a professional and pleasant telephone manner, and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must be computer literate, organised, and committed to delivering a high standard of patient care and customer service.

Previous experience in a GP reception role would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training will be provided.

Applicants must be resident in Scotland, able to commute to both practice sites, and possess a good standard of spoken and written English.

Pay: £13.88 per hour
