Full job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed receptionist to join our team providing high quality care to the patients in our Redwood Suite. The suite houses a variety of practitioners who provide a range of NHS and private services to patients. It is a self contained space, so the successful candidate must be able to be resourceful enough to work without direct supervision. In addition the role will involve the preparation of repeat prescriptions for signing and other general administrative tasks. The hours will be Monday 8.45am - 1pm , Wednesday 1.45pm -6.15pm, Thursday 8.45am - 1pm and 1.45pm to 6pm and Friday 8.45am - 12.15pm. A pleasant manner , experience of people facing environments and a good sense of humour are essential, along with the ability to cover holiday and sickness leave often at short notice.
