Are you a confident, organised and proactive person who enjoys being at the centre of a busy team?

SnapeHill Dental Studio & Implant Centre is looking for a strong Receptionist to join our growing practice in Dronfield.

This is an exciting role for someone who can take ownership of reception, stay calm under pressure and help keep the day running smoothly. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, so we are looking for someone who is friendly and professional, but also confident enough to manage a busy diary, handle enquiries and support the team.

About the Role:

As our Receptionist, you will play a key part in the smooth running of the practice and the patient journey. You will work closely with the clinical and management team to make sure patients are looked after and the practice runs efficiently.

Your role will include:

- Welcoming patients in a friendly and professional way

- Answering calls and dealing with patient enquiries confidently

- Managing appointments and keeping the diary organised

- Taking payments and supporting patient accounts

- Helping patients through their treatment journey

- Keeping reception calm, organised and efficient

- Supporting clinicians and the wider team with daily tasks

- Following practice policies, confidentiality and compliance procedures

- Being confident in dealing with busy periods and problem-solving where needed
