Job Overview

We are seeking an organised and professional Part-Time Receptionist/PA/Clinic Manager to work approx 2-3 days per week and lead and organise our healthcare facility with enthusiasm and personality. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional patient care, and foster a positive environment for staff and clients alike. As a the first person our patients see on their visit, our ideal candidate will ensure smooth clinic functioning, managing team coordination, financial oversight, and compliance. Your energetic leadership will inspire excellence and efficiency in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

  • Answer the telephone and respond to patient enquiry emails
  • Welcome patients with a smile and engage in positive conversation
  • Supervise daily clinic operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with basic healthcare regulations, safety standards, and clinic policies at all times
  • Coordinate with our professional team to deliver high-quality patient care and client service

Qualifications
