About the role

As an experienced Supply Chain and Demand Planning leader, you will:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Supply Chain and Demand Planning professionals, fostering collaboration and accountability
  • Develop and implement a rolling Supply Chain strategy to maintain market position
  • Ensure compliant, efficient and innovative Supply Chain processes across the organisation
  • Oversee delivery of Supply Chain programmes, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality standards
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Technical and Commercial teams to optimise Supply Chain outcomes

About you

You will:

  • Demonstrate proven experience in leading a Supply Chain and Demand Planning team within the electronics industry
  • Have in-depth knowledge of UK public procurement regulations
  • Prove strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Have the ability to innovate and deliver a strategic Supply Chain and Demand Planning solution
  • Have experience with ARAS, Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook and Microsoft Project/Visio
  • Hold MCIPS
