Textiles Production & Sampling Assistant

Location: Windsor
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm | Early finish every Friday

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a luxury global interiors brand for a Textiles Production & Sampling Assistant to join their busy fabrics warehouse in Windsor.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in sewing, textiles, production, or warehouse operations to join a high-quality, creative environment.

Duties

  • Support the production of samples and bespoke textile products.
  • Operate sewing machines, including overlock and semi-automated machines.
  • Cut, inspect, pattern match, steam, and press fabrics.
  • Maintain high standards of quality control and minimise fabric waste.
  • Manage stock, packaging, labels, and warehouse inventories.
  • Liaise with external tailors and internal production teams.
  • Use production and warehouse management systems.
  • Support the wider warehouse and production team as required.

About You

  • Previous sewing machine experience is essential.
  • Strong sewing skills and knowledge of textiles.
  • Previous warehouse or production experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good planning and organisational skills.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Working Hours - Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
