Clinical Nurse Specialist
At Chemence, we are offering an exceptional opportunity to join our team and work as a Clinical Advisor and Trainer. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our medical sales team, providing wound closure clinical advice, and delivering training to healthcare providers in both the NHS and the private sector. Your dedication and expertise will directly contribute to enhancing patient outcomes.

Essential Requirements:
- Nursing Diploma or Degree
- Experience working in A&E or Theatre Departments.
- Current of or previous hands-on experience closing wounds
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Effective time management along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for improving patient outcomes.
- Valid driving license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of clinical and technical product knowledge.
- Deliver training sessions to all healthcare providers, including HCA’s, qualified nurses or surgeons
- Offer wound closure clinical advice.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clinicians and procurement
- Support the medical sales team.
Role Specific Responsibilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with NHS staff and decision-makers at all levels.
- Tenacious, driven, self-motivated, and persuasive.
Territory & Travel:
- Travel is required as part of the role.
- We are looking for someone who is able to cover hospitals across Scotland.
