£13.45ph and £4 per report (Each session has a report)

Active 8 Support Services have a Family-Time (Family Contact) Services in the Wirral area based in Holt Rd Higher Tranmere, near Birkenhead.

We are committed to effectively promoting the safety and well-being of children and young people and protecting all vulnerable individuals in our services from any form of abuse.

The job entails supervising separated families so children and parents can have quality family time together. These service users may be vulnerable in a variety of ways as staff sensitively observe and record to enable the best possible outcomes to be achieved for the children. Family-time Supervisors also transport children to and from sessions. Child safety seats and relevant training is provided.

Enhanced DBS checks will be carried out and appointment is subject to an acceptable check.

Successful applicants will be confident drivers with access to a vehicle for work. Class 1 Business Insurance is also required - we can advise on this,

You must have good communication skills both written and vocal and you must be able to remain alert and to record observations in the way we train you.

Mileage, report writing time and travel time is payable and full training is given.

A 7 day 365 days per year Employee Assistance Facility is in place to support staff with medical, financial and relationship issues.

Shifts are sessional. Working hours will predominantly be between 3pm-6pm weekdays and 9am-6pm weekends.
