Full job description

EARS Clinics are looking for Enthusiastic, Caring and Passionate Health Care Professionals to join our growing team of Ear Care Specialists. There is an immediate need to support our Glasgow & Edinburgh clinics. We would require the successful candidates to be able to commit to set days, to ensure we are always there for our patients. This position will be challenging, require commitment and be highly rewarding.

1 Full time positions available (37.5)

Expected start date: July

What You'll Do:

  • Provide cover in our Glasgow & Edinburgh clinics
  • Carry out ear wax removal procedures, such as microsuction, irrigation and instrumentation
  • Assess, plan and implement patient care
  • Manage follow up appointments
  • Provide holistic ear health care
  • Take responsibility of clinic and follow regulatory guidelines
  • Follow the EARS Clinics process and policies for wax removal and ear health care
  • Maintain clinical competencies
  • Manage transactions
  • Record keeping

PAY STRUCTURE

0-6 months - £28,500 (pro rata)

6 month to 24 months - £33,150 (pro rata)

24 months - £35,304 (pro rata)

Annual increments thereafter, increasing to £42,366.43 with 8 years of continued service.

BONUS & INCENTIVES

Appointment Bonus Scheme; earn up to £7,500/year through our appointment-based incentive program. This bonus rewards consistency, patient satisfaction and clinic performance, giving you the opportunity to significantly increase your annual earnings while providing exceptional care.

WORKING PATTERNS

The successful candidate will be expected to work 8:30-18:00, 4 days per week between Monday-Sunday.

The successful candidate will be required to work fixed shift patterns to meet the needs of the business.

TRAINING

  • Our aural care specialists offer the very best in ear health care, not just ear wax removal. All candidates regardless of experience are given full training.
  • The successful candidate will receive 4 weeks training by our NHS Accredited Trainer.
  • The candidate will be expected to be flexible and work the same shift pattern as our trainer during this period.
