Permanent- Full Time

Part-time positions also available - minimum 21 hours per week. (N.B training will be full time for the initial 4 - 8 weeks)

Salary

Starting salary £26,700 with opportunities to progress to £28,500, plus up to 10% annual bonus. Additional opportunities to progress to £30,000, following development to a Senior Customer Engagement Specialist.

37 hours - Monday to Friday

You will be the first point of contact for all domestic queries, responding to and delivering a customer experience that is second to none across either our Power NI or Energia retail brands. Working alongside some of the industry’s best customer service advisors, you will contribute towards achieving business performance targets ensuring the Power NI/Energia brands continue to grow.

What you'll need

  • Excellent numerical, spoken, and written communication skills with the ability to listen effectively.
  • 6 Months Customer service experience.
  • Computer savvy with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
