Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Technician to join a leading UK company within the water frameworks.

Duties

  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of smart metering devices.
  • Supporting teams on different projects and review the water network for surveys/installations.
  • Deliver small projects and packages of work successfully within a team.
  • Professionally represent the company on an internal and external basis.
  • Work independently within both urban and suburban environments.

Experience

  • Good experience with time keeping, reliable and hard-working.
  • Familiarity with Smart Meter installation is preferred.
  • Knowledge of water systems and metering is desirable.
  • Good digital literacy is required - as the use of Microsoft packages is required.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service while maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
  • Be able to work outside in all conditions.
