Restaurant Manager – Michelin Star – North West – up to 55k package

An exciting position has arisen for a Restaurant Manager within this elite established located in the Northwest of England.

This amazing Michelin Star restaurant is set in picturesque surroundings and the interior is beautifully designed in a chic and modern style, reflecting the excellent and innovative food and service on display.

They offer a mouth-watering tasting menu serving modern cuisine using produce from the finest local suppliers.

They are now looking for a Restaurant Manager who can lead the front of house team to further accolades.

You will be a warm and friendly person who lives and breathes hospitality, someone who can ensure all guests have an amazing dining experience, while also motivating and inspiring your team to get the best out of them.

As Restaurant Manager you will:

  • Have a solid restaurant background of working within high level establishments
  • Have excellent knowledge of food and wine and be a real people person, able to build up good relationships with regular clientele
  • Possess excellent attention to detail and have a passion for the industry
  • Be a hands-on restaurant manager, committed to providing an excellent level of customer service
  • Be responsible for ensuring a smooth-running operation and leading your team by example at all times
