Ladybridge Primary School is a small primary school in Cheadle. Staff and governors strive to provide the best possible education for all our children. The Headteacher, Governors and children of our inclusive school would like to appoint a friendly and self-motivated Teaching Assistant to start as soon as possible, to help us achieve even more for our pupils.
You will:
- To work under the guidance of teaching / senior staff to implement agreed work programmes
- To assist the teacher in the planning cycle and the management & preparation of resources
- To provide support for teaching staff across the school in an appropriate learning environment
- Enjoy working with children with complex needs.
- Have the skills, knowledge and experience or be willing to undertake training to support children with physical needs, autism and learning difficulties.
- Work well with other staff and agencies.
- Be well motivated, have a positive attitude and be emotionally resilient.
- Have the ability to work in a 1:1 situation and to teach small groups or be willing to undertake training
- Supporting children during lunchtime
- Assisting with cleaning in the dining Hall
- Supervising children on the playground

The interview panel will comprise of 3 members of staff, including Amy Davies Headteacher, Sarah Woodworth Deputy Headteacher and one other member of staff.
