Sales Centre Representative

Be the Voice of Leicester City Football Club

Leicester City Football Club is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Centre Representative to join our Ticketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a first-class experience to our supporters, acting as the first point of contact for ticket sales and enquiries.

In this fast-paced and dynamic role, you will be at the heart of the Club’s ticketing operations, combining telephone and face-to-face sales with exceptional customer service to ensure every supporter interaction reflects the high standards of Leicester City Football Club.

About the Role

You will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while driving ticket sales and supporting key Club initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing inbound and outbound ticket sales for match tickets, Season Tickets, memberships, and other Club products
  • Delivering exceptional customer service across phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and maximise revenue with every supporter interaction
  • Supporting tele-sales campaigns and contributing to overall sales performance
  • Handling customer enquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution or escalation
  • Assisting with ticketing schemes such as Cup, Away, and Direct Debit schemes
  • Maintaining accurate records and completing administrative tasks to a high standard
  • Supporting matchday operations and ticket fulfilment processes
  • Representing the Club at external events when required

About You

We are looking for a confident and driven individual who thrives in a customer-facing environment and enjoys working as part of a high-performing team.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a tele-sales or customer service environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport quickly
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism, resilience, and attention to detail
  • Confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work all matchdays, including evenings and weekends
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and work on your own initiative

Desirable:

  • Interest in football or the sports industry
  • Experience working in a ticketing environment
  • Familiarity with systems such as SeatGeek or InSite (Fortress)
