Independent Two AA Rosette restaurant | Near Chelmsford, Essex
Permanent, part-time | 11 hours per week

Enjoy meeting people and making them feel welcome? We’re looking for one friendly, confident and reliable person to join our Front of House team on Saturday evenings and Sundays.

We’re an award-winning, independent countryside restaurant with Two AA Rosettes. We take pride in warm, personal service, and we’re looking for someone who will enjoy helping us make every guest’s visit special.

Some experience serving customers or working with the public would be useful, but it isn’t essential. Personality, attitude and a willingness to learn matter more to us. We can teach you the restaurant skills.

The hours

You’ll need to be available for both regular weekly shifts:

• Saturday evening: 5 hours
• Sunday lunch: 6 hours

Total: 11 hours per week.

The role

You’ll welcome guests, help serve food and drinks, prepare and clear tables, and work with the team to keep service running smoothly.

With support and training, you’ll learn how to look after guests confidently, communicate with your colleagues and take responsibility during busy services.

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to meet us and complete a two-hour paid trial shift. This gives you a chance to meet the team and experience the role, and gives us a chance to see how you get on.

What is TRONC?
