Join our team as a Residential Support Worker with the CFS Care Group working for Next Stage 4 Life and make a positive impact on the lives of our young people! We have opportunities for Senior Support Worker for the right candidate with experience and Qualifications

Salary:

Base Salary £13.10- £14.40 per hour (dependent on level of qualification)

Overtime Rate: £15.50 per hour

General Rota Pattern - 1 day on 2 days off on a rolling rota, working 8am till 10pm ( provides great work life balance )

5.6 weeks Annual leave

You will join an amazing team of 6 Support Worker with 24/7 Support from Managers

The Role:

As a Residential Support Worker you will become an essential part of a child’s life by delivering support that is focused on all aspects of their health, wellbeing, education, independence, and development.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with Children: Maybe it’s in care, education, or another setting—you bring your passion and energy to the table.
  • Enthusiasm & Resilience: You're eager to make a difference and handle challenges with positivity.
  • Qualifications: Happy to work towards (or already hold) a Level 4 Diploma in Children and Young People’s Workforce.

Experience of a similar role would be beneficial; however, it is not essential because we pride ourselves on facilitating a bespoke learning and development programme that encourages career progression within our organisation and the childcare profession.

The successful applicant must hold a full and valid UK Driving License and be willing to add business insurance to their car insurance policy,
