  • Championing honesty: You’ll communicate openly and transparently, building trust with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. You’ll act with integrity, provide clear feedback, and set the standard for ethical leadership.
  • Delivering results: You’ll set ambitious commercial targets and implement strategies to achieve them, holding yourself and your team accountable for outcomes. You’ll lead the commercial strategy for London and the South East, while contributing to Arc’s nationwide growth.
  • Scaling Arc: You’ll design and execute strategies to scale Arc’s commercial operations across the UK, ensuring sustainable, long-term growth.
  • Enhancing our brand: You’ll represent Arc at industry events, drive brand visibility, and ensure we’re recognised as a market leader in flexible staffing solutions.
  • Winning new business: You’ll identify, pursue, and close major opportunities, particularly in hospitality and events, using your industry expertise to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Building relationships: You’ll develop and expand key client partnerships, ensuring retention, satisfaction, and growth.
  • Collaborating for success: You’ll work closely with Operations and other teams to ensure seamless delivery and service excellence.

What are we looking for?

  • Hunger and drive: You’re ambitious, proactive, and always looking for ways to go above and beyond. You thrive on achieving results and are motivated by targets.
  • A values-led leader: You care deeply about people, act with honesty and integrity, and are relentless in delivering on your promises.
  • Proven commercial track record: You have significant experience in commercial leadership roles, ideally within hospitality/events.
  • Strategic thinker and doer: You can design and execute strategies that scale businesses and deliver measurable results.
  • Inspirational manager: You have a track record of leading, motivating, and developing high-performing teams both in-person and remotely.
  • Brand ambassador: You’re passionate about building and enhancing brand reputation.
  • Excellent communicator: You’re confident engaging with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.

What’s in it for you?

  • Highly flexible working: mix of home, shared workspace, and travel nationwide.
  • Competitive salary and performance bonus.
  • Ongoing learning and development, company bonus scheme, private healthcare, and more.
  • Enhanced Maternity / Paternity pay & Company pension scheme.
  • Opportunity to shape the future of flexible work at Arc and play a pivotal role in our next phase of growth.
