Occupational Health Advisor - Hybrid

Salary: £45,000–£52,000 DOE
Location: Hybrid

Looking for an Occupational Health role where quality comes before quantity?

Our client is a progressive organisation with experienced and supportive occupational health team. They are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join their supportive, quality-driven team.

This is a highly autonomous role, ideal for an OH professional who enjoys building relationships, delivering meaningful case management, and producing high-quality reports without unrealistic targets.

The Role

You will mainly focus on:

  • Case management consultations
  • Sickness absence management
  • Return-to-work assessments
  • Producing clear, relevant, and evidence-based reports

You will also be involved in:

  • Review and develop policies and procedures
  • Sickness absence trends
  • Provide clinical support and guidance
  • Contribute to service improvements
