Job Description: Administrative Assistant
Location: Margaretting, Ingatestone
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 Depending on experience.
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (20 days annual leave + Bank Holidays)

The Role
As our Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our office. You’ll handle a variety of administrative tasks, from managing phone calls and emails to processing client instructions and agent reports. This role requires someone who is highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks at once whilst working under pressure, aswell as being motivated and working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Managing and responding to emails
  • Processing and submitting agent reports
  • Liaising with clients and providing excellent customer service
  • Maintaining and updating office policies and procedures
  • Assisting with case allocation and monitoring updates
  • Handling administrative requests from directors
  • Supporting the team with general office duties

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong computer skills (proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Proactive, confident, and a quick learner
  • Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle (free parking available on-site)
  • Previous experience in the enforcement industry is an advantage, but not essential
