We are looking for 2 days one of which must be Friday plus a Thursday late night till 8pm/or another day

Band 6 pay in line with Agenda for Change

This role attracts the usual NHS pension and is subject to an enhanced DBS check

About the Role:

This is an interesting and varied role in general practice providing a high standard of nursing care for patients as well as providing nursing assistance to the doctors and other members of the primary healthcare team. The duties will include all tasks normally undertaken by an experienced band 6 qualified nurse in General Practice.

Essential:

NMC registered

Current or recent nursing experience in general practice

Independent clinical decision making skills and experience

Cervical Cytology qualification

Child & Adult Immunisation experience

Chronic Disease management

Desirable:

Experience managing asthma and/or COPD patients

SystmOne experience

And lastly:
